WRISTBAND POLICY:

•  Before Entry into the festival grounds you must exchange your Rock The Lake ticket for a wristband.
•  Wristbands MUST be affixed onto a wrist by staff. There will be no option to pick up additional wristbands.
•  A 3 Day Weekend Pass is for 1 patron for the full weekend, this ticket cannot be split into 3 single days.
•  Once wristband is on, DO NOT take it off! You must have a wristband affixed onto your wrist to gain entry.
•  Your wristband must remain on for the duration of the event. Wristbands will not be replaced if removed or lost.
•  Wristbands will be coloured to indicate which day you have access to, or if you have a GA or VIP weekend pass. The 3-Day wristbands have been designed to be waterproof & sweat proof, so they are sure to last the entire weekend!

Get your wristband early! Starting Friday, July 10 at 10:00am and for the entire weekend, the Box Office will be located at the north side of Prospera Place for easier access (map coming SOON!).

Box Office Hours during Rock The Lake (Box Office located at the north side of Prospera Place from July 10-12):
Friday, July 10: 10:00am – 9:00pm*
Saturday, July 11: 10:00am – 9:00pm*
Sunday, July 12: 10:00am – 9:00pm*
*Closure time is approximate as the box office closes before the event ends.

Applicable only on 3-Day Packages (GA & VIP)
30% NOW, 35% in May, and 35% in June!

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions:
By enrolling in our payment plan, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Schedule: Your payments will be divided as follows:
•    30% now: The first payment will be charged immediately.
•    35% in May: The second payment will be automatically charged to your Credit Card Payment Method on May 22nd, 2026.
•    35% in June: The final remaining balance will be automatically charged to your Credit Card Payment Method on June 22nd, 2026.

3-Day GA Payment Schedule Example*:
•    $67.50 charged immediately.
•    $78.75 charged on May 22nd, 2026.
•    $78.75 charged on June 22nd, 2026.
*Payment amounts are based on purchase of one 3-Day GA Ticket, if you purchase more or 3-Day VIP tickets then pricing will be based on that.

2. Payment Method: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for both installments.

3. Late or Failed Payment: If the second payment (due on May 22nd) OR the third payment (due June 22nd) cannot be processed, and we are unable to get a hold of you for another payment method, your tickets will be cancelled.

4. Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds are available only in accordance with our refund and cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your payment plan, please notify us at least 7 days in advance of the second scheduled payment and we will discuss options.
