TICKET HOLDERS – WRISTBAND POLICY: You must exchange your Rock The Lake ticket for a wristband*

GET YOUR WRISTBANDS EARLY! Starting Friday, July 12 at 10:00 AM you can come to the Box Office, located at the north side of the building (see map below), and get your wristband put on.*

* Wristbands MUST be affixed onto the rockers wrist! There is no option to pick up additional wristbands.

* 3-Day Weekend Passes can not be split into Single Day Passes. Only ONE 3-Day Weekend Wristband will be provided in exchange for a 3-Day Weekend Pass, and must be used by the same individual all weekend.

* Once wristband is on, DO NOT take it off! You must have a wristband to gain entry.

* Wristbands will be coloured to indicate which day you have access to or if you have a weekend pass. The 3 Day wristbands have been designed to be waterproof & sweat proof, so they are sure to last the entire weekend!

From July 12-14, 2024, the Box Office will be located at the north side of the building for easier access (see map below). To exchange your Rock The Lake ticket for a wristband, or any remaining Will Call, please proceed to the Box Office (adjacent to Main Entrance). VIP Holders proceed to VIP Entrance for Will Call and entry (see map below). Photo I.D. is required to pick up your tickets.

Mobile and Print-At-Home Tickets: Please make sure to download your tickets prior to showing up to the venue, and turn up the brightness on your phone for easier scanning. Your tickets will be in an email from info@selectyourtickets.com.

Friday, July 12th: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm*
Saturday, July 13th: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm*
Sunday, July 14th: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm*
*Closure time is approximate as the box office closes before the event ends.

ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR WRISTBAND ON please proceed directly to Main Entrance (VIP and Cabana Ticket Holders proceed to VIP Entrance for Will Call and entry).
