What if it rains? May I bring an umbrella?

All concerts are performed outside and are held in rain or shine. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear for an outside, grassy area. There is no covered seating. Shade umbrellas are permitted only prior to the performance(s) and during intermission. Clear rain umbrellas will be provided by the Winery in the case of inclement weather.

May I bring a chair?

Dinner, lounge, and reception package guests will have seating provided at the base of the Amphitheatre in front of the stage. Concert-only tickets have seating provided in the raised bowl of the Amphitheatre. Seating selection is upon a first-come, first-serve basis when the gates open.

Is the concert series accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, Mission Hill Family Estate is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair access will be available during the performances at the top of the Amphitheatre. For additional questions please call 250-768-6400.

Is parking available at the Winery?

Yes. Limited on-site parking is available. Carpooling is encouraged. Parking attendants will direct cars to on-site and off-site parking areas. Parking is complimentary to all concert ticket holders. The Winery gate typically opens two hours prior to the show start time.

May I bring my own food and beverage?

Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages to the concerts. Our Wine Boutique and kiosks will have a selection of Mission Hill Family Estate wines, non-alcoholic beverages, and a variety of food items from our culinary team. The British Columbia Liquor Control Board requires that any alcoholic beverage consumed on the Winery grounds must be purchased directly at Mission Hill Family Estate during the performance. Our Wine Boutique and kiosks will remain open until 45 minutes into the performance to ticket holders only. No other beer, spirits, or wine brands are permitted anywhere on the Winery grounds. No outside food is permitted on the Winery grounds.

What time does the concert start?

The concert will begin at 7:30pm. Each concert is roughly two hours in length.

May I bring a pet?

Mission Hill Family Estate does not permit pets into the Winery grounds. For the comfort and safety of all, please leave your pet at home.

Are children permitted to attend the concert?

Yes. Please be aware that due to the artist contracts and venue capacity. A ticket is required for all children three years of age and older.

Will I be able to stand and dance during the performance?

We ask that you be courteous to those around you and respectful of the artist’s performance.

Is smoking permitted?

Mission Hill Family Estate is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in the “Designated Smoking Area” at the end of the paved walk-way outside the Keystone only. There is no smoking within the Winery grounds.

Are taxis available following the concert?

Yes. There will be taxis available upon conclusion of the concert. We strongly encourage all attendees to plan ahead and designate a driver so everyone gets home safely.

Will CDs and other merchandise be available?

If available, merchandise will be located on the upper courtyard lawn. Artist merchandise is provided by the tour, and some artists do not carry merchandise with them.

Where is Lost & Found located?

All lost and found items are kept in a secure location at the Winery. During a concert, please contact any of our security personnel to inquire about your item. After the performance, you can reach out to our Winery Concierge at 250-768-6411.

Are Winery tours available on concert days?

Yes. Tours are available on concert days, and it is recommended that you book in advance by visiting missionhillwinery.com or by calling 250-768-6483. The Winery and Wine Boutique close at 3:00pm on performance days.

May I make a reservation at the Terrace Restaurant for the evening?

The Terrace Restaurant is only available to be booked as part of the Concert + Dinner ticket package. The Concert + Dinner packages are quite popular and sell out quickly. Regular, non-ticketed dinner reservations are unavailable on concert nights; however, you are welcome to join us for lunch in the afternoon.

Will Call

Will Call is available at the Select Your Tickets Box Office until 12:00pm the day before the concert. Any remaining tickets at Will Call after this time will be available for pickup directly at Mission Hill Family Estate after 5:00pm on the day of the event.

Concert Packages

Terrace Dinner & Concert Package

SOLD OUT

Includes reserved seating for the performance at the base of the Amphitheatre as well as a 4-course plated, seasonally inspired, wine-paired dinner at our award-winning Terrace Restaurant, overlooking the estate vineyards set against the breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Okanagan. Advance dinner reservations required to begin between 5:00-6:00pm. Guests will be contacted by the Terrace Management Team to confirm reservation times.

Long Table Dinner & Concert Package

SOLD OUT

Includes reserved seating for the performance in the first three rows of the Amphitheatre bowl as well as a 4-course plated, seasonally inspired, wine-paired dinner at our Long Harvest Table. Dinner begins at 5:00pm for all guests.

Loggia Wine Lounge & Concert Package

Includes reserved seating for the performance at the base of the Amphitheatre as well as access to the Winery’s outdoor covered Loggia overlooking the concert Amphitheatre. Along with reserved seat, guests will have exclusive access to the Loggia and be treated to wine service and hors d’oeuvres prior to the commencement of the concert. The Loggia Wine Lounge will begin at 6:00pm. 

Chef’s Artisan Sandwich with Wine Pairing & Concert Package

Enjoy an artisan sandwich crafted by our Executive Winery Chef served with truffle parmesan popcorn, a cold 500ml bottle of still water, and a 375ml bottle of Mission Hill Reserve Red or White wine. Guests will have the opportunity to make a wine selection at time of pick-up.

Additional Information

Seating for all Concert only tickets is General Admission based on first come, first choice in our outdoor Amphitheatre. There are seats provided for all guests.

If you have purchased the Terrace Dinner & Concert package, you will be contacted by our Terrace Restaurant in advance to secure your dinner seating time between 5:00-6:00pm.

If you have purchased the Long Table Dinner & Concert package, doors will open at 5:00pm and you will be meet at the Keystone entrance to the Winery and escorted to your table. Dinner will start for all guests at 5:15pm.

If you have purchased the Loggia Wine Lounge & Concert package, doors will open at 5:30pm and the Legacy Lounge will be from 6:00-8:00pm.

All Terrace Dinner and Loggia Wine Lounge tickets will include reserved seating at the base of the amphitheater.

The Long Table Dinner & Concert package will include reserved seating in the first three rows of the amphitheater bowl.

Concert will proceed Rain or shine. All sales final, no refunds or exchanges.

Footwear- Please wear appropriate footwear for an outdoor, grass and sloped Amphitheatre.
