The Grand Slam of Curling to Kick Off 2026 Season

VICTORIA, BC (March 10, 2026) The world’s best curlers are Island-bound, as the Grand Slam of Curling announced today that the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, BC, will host the first GSOC event of the 2026 season, the GSOC Invitational, from October 13-18, 2026. Early-bird full-event and weekend passes will go on sale today from selectyourtickets.com

The GSOC Invitational will feature 16 of the men’s and 16 of the women’s top teams from around the world, including world champions, newly-crowned Olympic medalists, and Canadian favourites. More information regarding teams and schedules will be announced in the coming months.

This event is being held in partnership with Esquimalt Curling Club, which will lead the local volunteer committee. The last GSOC event held in British Columbia was in March 2016 in Colwood.
