For Saturday or Sunday Kelowna Rockets Home Games the box office will open at 10:00AM, and for Saturday or Sunday Prospera Place Event Days the box office will open at 11:00AM (subject to change). Closure time for Event Days is approximate as the box office closes after the event begins. If the box office is closed when you arrive for an event, Will Call Tickets can be picked up at the Gate #1 doors.
